Dr. Klein and his entire staff is amazing! Everyone is kind, knowledgeable and I love going to my appointments. I originally went with back-pain but as we continued our regular meetings, I noticed an improvement in my headaches and migraines. Since then, I’ve been able to stop my medication. I’m very thankful towards Dr.Klein and his entire staff and highly recommend him!

This place is a well-oiled machine. You get in, and out as quickly as possible. The receptionists, chiropractors, medical team, and PT staff are all great and friendly. I always leave feeling relieved.

When I came to Alexandria, I was in a lot of pain and could hardly move my arm after another PT pushed a stretch too far, leaving me in a lot of pain, with spams of excruciating pain if I moved my arm too far or too suddenly. After one appointment with Alexandria my pain was reduced to mild, and the spams from hell stopped. Her massages are amazing, and she tests your range of motion as she’s working the affected area. Her bedside manner is also great. She’s very gentle and kind, encouraging progress she sees. She’s hands down the best PT I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some really good therapists.

love love love!!! The staff here are great and go above and beyond!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Klein always gets my back into alignment after sitting 12 hours a day at a computer. Dr. Oh is amazing in physical therapy. He got my frozen shoulder moving again so I could get back to yoga. If you are in pain, you needn’t be… go see these doctors!!!!

I’ve been experiencing neck and back pains for the past 2 years and finally decided to get it checked out. First and foremost, I was very impressed with the service, the receptionist and assistant were great and made myself and my wife very comfortable. Dr Jeffrey Klein pointed out a lot of my concerns and did an xray and it showed what my problems were. it’s a process to improve your health and I do believe I’m in good hands! I have been going there since 2010, need I say more. They are some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever met, dedicating, caring, efficient, effective, and reasonably priced with or without insurance chiropractor and additional services included. The most consistent staff, CDC and WHO careful, and genuinely caring group of pain and wellness management specialists that I’ve ever gone to since I became a NYer. Jeff Klein, The owner and Master Chiropractor is the nicest person and a fantastic Chiropractor. I only see Jeff every 3 months for a tune up since he fixed my back and got me my health back years ago. He has all the best equipment and staff working for him and they are all caring good people. If my back goes out because I lifted something wrong he gets my back adjusted correctly again in 2-3 visits. Jeff takes the time to understand what back, neck or leg sciatica problems you might have so he can apply the right treatment for your problem. Jeff’s office also has physical therapy and doctors onsite for acupuncture and to give trigger shots for inflamed muscle relaxation. Very accommodating office. Jeff is the Best!!! Chris T. Concannon
